A layered fudge brownie mix in a jar. 🍫

🫙 What's in the jar

150g (3/4 cup) Granulated Sugar
60g (1/2 cup) All-purpose Flour
33g (1/3 cup) Unsweetened Cocoa
2g (1/2 tsp) Baking Powder
1.5g (1/4 tsp) Salt
85g (1/2 cup) Chocolate Chips

Preheat oven to 350°F / 175°C. Grease an 8x8 inch (20x20 cm) baking pan.

Melt the butter and let it cool down just a bit.

In a big bowl, whisk together the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla. 🥣

Dump the jar mix into the bowl with the butter and eggs. Stir until *just* mixed. DO NOT OVERMIX! 🛑

Spread the batter evenly into your pan.

Bake for 20–25 minutes.

Stick a toothpick in the middle. If it comes out with moist crumbs, they are done! Let them cool completely before cutting. Enjoy! 😋
